sites fully entitled prior to retirement. All sites are in Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, and California.

Responsible for assisting the customer base of various supermarkets in their expansion plans; including new locations, store remodels, and strategic thinking.

1978 - 1987
C.F.O., Ferguson's Markets, Inc.
Responsible for both financial and operational decisions for a chain of 6 Thriftway supermarkets, 3 convenience stores, and 3 Ben Franklin variety stores.

Prior employment includes management for a chain of discount supermarkets in Portland, Oregon; and ownership/management of 2 retail grocery stores in Idaho.

Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho - majored in architecture and business
Active member of ICSC.
Completed intensive training from SuperValu in both Retail Consulting and Real Estate Development.
