The Streets of Tanasbourne - Identified the opportunity, sold the land and leased the 370,000 sf Lifestyle Center. Tenants include Macy’s, PF Chang’s, REI, GAP, Abercrombie and Fitch.

Bethany Village Centre - Leased the 132,000 sf QFC, Walgreen’s anchored center. The center include over 75,000 sf of shop space.

Panda Express - Negotiated the sales and leases that have resulted in 14 new Panda Express restaurants in the Portland metro area.

Riverstone Marketplace - Leased this QFC, Hollywood Video anchored center.

Sweet Tomatoes - Completed the initial market penetration of four restaurants.

The Sunset Esplanade - Handled the site acquisition, anchor tenant sales and leasing and project leasing for this 360,000 sf Community Center anchored by Target, Safeway and Rite Aid.

Gresham Town Fair - Assisted in the anchor and shop leasing of this 280,000 sf Community Center anchored by GI Joe’s and Ross.

Columbia Crossing - Worked with the developer to negotiate sales and leases with Kohl’s, Cost Plus, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Michael’s and others in this 200,000 sf Power Center.
